Perfect Blue.

This piece was made for an exposure at Lucca Comics&Games 2010 (well, at least I hope it'll be exposed), dedicated to the great art director Satoshi Kon, who died of cancer last year.

I really like his works, they were capable to make you hold your breath 'til the last second. The coloure, the characters, the music, they were all amazingly studied.

This fanart is about "Perfect Blue", one of the first creation of him. Althought, I like it pretty much. The inking is handmade, while the toning is digital. I could not use dottet tones, so it was quite hard to tone XD
